I'd be in a state of amazement, if I didn't know Welch better.

Note 6 – Disposal of business segment:
During the first quarter of 2010, the Company ceased all operations of its prior business activities
to pursue its new venture. The Company recognized a loss on this disposal of $370,578.

And the revs he mentions are cumulative since inception???!!! That's from May 12, 1987!

He can't be serious. lol
