I would have to agree with this statement " If I would of done my cut-overs like that, I would of been fired!"

If I launched any of the many sites that I run for my company I would be collecting unemployment as well.

This is not a bash just the facts, I am sticking around and posting problems as I find them and I feel that they will get this working and we will make money.
