They call auditors independent and a board of directors independent. Both are entitled to invest in a company.

Dying to see a link you have that Islechem invested in JBII(E) before seeing P2O work. Hell, I would even like to see a casual reference somewhere to a rumor. Did you just make that garbage up? Kind of like when you said John made up that headlines in the newspaper called him "Honest John" ?
