Here's a copy of an e-mail I got this morning from the KoolAid board to share with the lemonade board:
" I am the administrative principle investigator. I was not involved in conducting the scientific analysis and I am not a mechanical engineer. Our mechanical engineering department did conduct a study of the "Rivera Process" under batch conditions... not continuous production conditions. The Rivera Process is a modification on well-known gasification technology. Our testing validated that SSTP is using an improved gasification process that seems to have benefits over current experimental technology in terms of efficiency of conversion from biomass to fuel. However, we made no claims nor were we asked to investigate the commercial viability of such an improved process. As stated above, we did not investigate the continuous process that is proposed for use in commercial operations.

They weren't asked to investigate the commercial viability?
