thx krays. Posted story on Toxic Filings.

I was jammed by these clowns a few times early on til saw the
pattern. Really gets rolling in flush times because the corrupt
CEOs can snow investors with hope of a recovery using these poisoned fruits.
Harder sell in tough times.
Guess that's what divides an investor from a trader.
