fair enough Scandle, good points for sure.....now *I*, am also (obviously) interested in penny stocks, paid my dues, made some nice scratch here and there, etc......

thing is, neither you nor **I** are running one of these shows, and I will be the first to admit, it's only one red flag, which by itself does not necessarily mean anything nefarious....but IMO, the pile of circumstance is big enough already.....it might be nothing, but the appearance of a penny stock connection (and the heritage of many Cos that had similar touted abilities) might just be "the missing link", who knows......

PS: this also does not seem to be the CEO's first foray into this market....and again, I don't like the s-word until someone with official clout says it....
