The time line is contingent on a lot of things. First being obtaining permits for the NY operation.

Having that permit in place will facilitate obtaining air permits and facility permits in Florida. There are 46 (IIRC) sites scheduled to be built in FL.

The time line for those depends on local zoning, FL Environmental permitting process, and of course the construction and delivery of the P2O hardware.

I think you had better develop you own time line rather than depend upon someone else's.
