Does anyone know how many P2O's are expected to be producing on the market and where they will be once these permits, etc. are in place and how long it will take from having the i'd dotted and t's crossed to be up and running? Is the price matrix a reasonable guidleline to follow once the above has occurred or is that for after a long period of operations first ( like a year or two of production) Thanks in advance
