yes we will find out shortly. When a judge makes a statement like that as a matter of record in open court.....I would think it becomes highly likely that she will enforce her own warning. I also liked the fact that the TPS's document reminds her of that warning, and the fact that it was ignored by the parties it was directed to. Tomorrow will probably be the most eventful court event yet to date.......I wouldn't want to miss it.
