lol, yes let's hope so...

based on the sudden flurry of objections....one gets the feeling that there are parties in very high places that are getting quite nervous about what this particular judge may do. If the judge does throw us a bone....this fact would seem to support the notion of a vastly enhanced desire for settlement from JPM/FDIC etc.

The thought long ago was that if discovery was ever begun and enforced meaningfully.....that the parties with the most to risk would not undergo discovery (because of too much tortious liability) but would settle before that point. Let's hope the judge gives us a chance to test the accuracy of that prediction. GLTUA!
