Hopefully INTC will be used as an excuse to ramp, as opposed to an excuse to pump and dump.

Looks like RAIM has become oversold enough to trigger "bear mkt recovery" rules. In bull markets, I will not cut scalps loose until they are slightly into overbought.

In Bear markets, I will cover the scalp when 50% of the deepest OS point is achieved. This usually happens in only 1 day. So unless our next up day is a real doozy, I will likely book a loss here. A 2% up day for the NDX should get me somewhere around breakeven on the scalp.
