Morning NT. PMI will be a $30 stock again, just a matter of going through one more nasty mortgage crisis again, sometime this year. It will be a final cleansing of the system, hopefully, though not as bad as the first one. Should drop the prices for these kinds of companies, giving us lots of great bargains for retirement portfolios!
