HRC: reit` buy - TGT$8; We believe recent aggregate news flow (press/media articles, interviews, and lambastings, and more so an HRC conference call this past Thursday) should help establish a series of data points and milestones through year-end that could help investors better establish rational asset values for HRC`s businesses.
