Wonder how they manage to get around that. But of couse that is spantel/systems amerika as usual.
Any way by making a direkted emission at a lover and fake shareprice will cause the spantel mafia to get the total share majority to recall by force the remining outstanding shares. Then they have all of the company them selves, and then they can start puplicing the financial numbers again to pump the shareprices before dumping it all.

Dont be surprices of what these (beep) will do to get other peoples money into their own pockets.
