I see that the change of address for the trademark was for a patent / trademark attorney.

I can just hear the PR now. "FSNR applies for patents on its revolutionary Encapsol product". Just in time for the new share to be sold after 100,000,000 are added to the A/S. Convenient. The cost of a patent applicaton could be more than offset in the revenue from share sales.

Maybe they should patent their 'prototype gadget' too.
