There are certain things that AEB could do and can do if he has a majority of shares. There are things he CANNOT DO BY LAW. That didn't stop him.
Your story could only be true if AEB had sold a bunch of his shares w/o reporting such. By his admission, this is a public company and he has steadfastly refused to file the required form 3, 4 and 5's in addition to his other flaunting of the laws set forth to protect YOU THE SHAREHOLDER!!
