No problem. I did this math when the o/s was 1.462 billion btw and I already posted it, but here it is again.

On May 28, 2009 the O/S was 896million. Since then the company has diluted 566million shares for a grand total of 188,070.

That means the avg pps was .0003228 overall. However...

If you take out the 2 million shares sold at .03 totaling 60,000 bucks (these shares were sold in September of 2009), that means that they have actually sold 564million shares for 128,070.

That's an avg pps of 0.000226272

The 188,070 was attained from the filings with the SEC. The May 28 figure is from the PR and confirmed by multiple posts and calls to the TA.

Now I ask you, who are the two investors that got these great deals?
