his math was way off.. on 4/09 the O/S was 575m shares +-, hence 945m shares diluted (1.520b - 575m) divided into $188k ($ raised) = .000198941 (average selling price) so for him to say the average selling share price was .000226272 is way to generous and off by well over 10%.. don't ya hate it when numbers are just thrown around..
