I know it was originally his point, but penny stocks are generally overpriced when you compare them with big-board stocks. They are more speculative, most of them aren't profitable, and the vast majority don't report financials. They key is whether or not people are willing to bet that the company will become profitable and then some - WNBD has a nice market cap right now because people are willing to place their chips on it. Why? I think we all know why.
The current share price would say otherwise...
