As one who was Cofounder of Cornerstone Ken Stead had 11 joint ventures with major mining companies...... Then for five years Kat Exploration was a private company ......................................................................during that time I believe Ken has been gearing up for what is about to happen.....Five Million Restricted Share Financing Just does not happen easily for these Jr Minors.....I believe the financing came about after the announced discovery on the Bonivista! Last November!........................................................................ We all know what happened just seven short days later..... PS the financing came in at ((( 10 ))) cents ....this was substantially higher than the PPS at that time ............................................................................. Once in a Blue Moon financing arrives above the going rate..... IMO this was done to avoid being seen as taking advantage of knowledge of an upcoming material event.......
