The dollar is the key for Saville. He expects it start a big drop after rallying to 111-112 over the next few weeks. He is not exact about a turn date for interest rates, but expects it to follow the dollar dump in fairly short order.

Note that he is not talking about the Fed tightening anytime soon .He is talking about a jump in market rates that will force the Fed to follow.
