This May 17th press release tells us "that once the legal opinion letter is accepted by Pink Sheets Llc., the 'Caveat Emptor' should be removed within a few working days."
Thursday night, this legal opinion letter, "stating that all relative information is true and correct to the best of the knowledge of everyone involved," was made public.
As a result, $HFBG gained 20% on Friday, and The Dean thinks this sub penny stock could be ready to rock and roll this week.
