want to know why 5-HMF was so quickly packaged up and sold off? Like i said in previous posts......it's about 6 months away from coming to market......think XeChem can emerge from BK on the back of 5-HMF? Well there's only one way that will happen and that's if this Judge (or some other one) can make a ruling in shareholder's favor......at a minimum XeChem shareholders of record at the time XeChem sold off 5-HMF should be ready to file class action
