Im new here, but felt nessesary to post a reply on this company.
From what I have read it looks like non of you are aware of the past history of Spantel. The whole thing was a fraud from the start, some smart guys sat i Spain a sold shares from socalled boilerroom without the nessesary rights to do so. They did this before and after Spantel with a lot of different homemade companies. From what I know Spantel was the only one to ever make it to the stockmarket after the reversetakeover of receptagen.
Few years ago there was serius rumers that the people behind this fraud was jailed or arrested in Germany. Now the same people are listed on thee papers that changed the comp. name etc. They are most likely out of jail again and changing name in order to get a fresh record.

The only logical reason for the reverse split of a share with suchs small numbers anyway are that they are preparing a emission that will transfer more money from shareholders to the gang behind this skandal.

If they try to get money again the only advice is to run away as fast as you can and dont look back.

The gang keeps calling with all kinds of offers and use several fake names in order to hide their thru origin.

By the way have any of you seen any result numbers og figures for the last years of spantel ?
The last awailable results are from 2006 ?
