fish, how right you are, besides as the unnecessary shenanigans and filings I believe that SS should have the court look into the exorbitant billings from Weil/Rosen to milk the estate dry and disallow some/most? of it!
After all this spiel has been going on for nearly 2 years with downright fraudulent results so far.
