Neither one uses chemicals. Crystal sea cleans down to 2.5 parts per milliom. Ecosphere is less than 1 ppm. Ecospheres unit is like a tractor trailor rig and can be driven to the place needed or onto a boat. It separates the oil into a tank and pours the clean water right back in the ocean. I just found out about GNOLF and crystal sea a few days ago and need to study it more. They are the first I've seen with a sand and soil cleaning technology.
