I think you misunderstood. It is not CNEX that needs 1.5 million. It is the amount needed for investors to buy up the float.

I stand corrected..... CNEX still needs a lot of money, though. If the number is not 1.5 million required it's still a large number so future dilution is still a major concern......especially when they're converting at .0001
