You may be right? But?
If they don't make it, maybe China will provide it?
Or, if they want it made with present market conditions, (currency) maybe Mexico will manufacture it?
Or, if they can use the $20,000,000.00 (if I have it correctly) wisely maybe they can build it here, and then sell the energy as a "Utility"?
Just a couple more thoughts.
