first of all, it was mentioned Nourtech, and not Noortech second of all, that so called XS annoucement is obviously a hoax, as it is not even confirmed by XS site itself, which is by itself already a site of very dubious nature third of all, it is not a S.A.R.L type of company
seriously doubt a company with 50 employees can pay 90M USD in these hard financial times for a company like this
and on top of all that, noortech has nothing to do at all with solar energy, or least doesn't have any reference about it
oh and while you are at it, there is also a www.noortechfab.com in India, making transformer tanks :p
