If you are serious you might want to get you nose out of the company trough and do some real DD. $32 million in shareholder dollars has passed through the hands of the same people that are making those claims. I expect you are a momentum player that doesn`t look any further than the technicals, but if you are really interested in the dilution story it won`t take long to find that most of that #32M came in the form of highly discounted placement shares. Some at or near 50% of market value at the time. Last time I looked they were in need of more placement $$$. Product revenues remain at ZERO 8 years after the announcement of Plastenna/Electriplast.
