SRV-90: A point, however, it's nullified by these facts: This was an amended report that contained B.O.D. approved amendments regarding preferred shares, signed and dated 25 May 2010. In other words, they updated the info about preferred on May 25 but ignored the vastly more important B.O.D. approved amendment that increased the A/S common by 80% and was filed in Nevada 06 May 2010.

By picking and choosing the B.O.D. amended info they released on 25 May, they are implicitly and arguably guilty of concealing material information, esp., material information that is likely damaging to the share price. That's a serious offense. There's no reason under the sun, except to mislead and hide damaging information, why they would leave out new A/S count of 2.67 billion. After all, they had updated the A/S in the prior amended report to 1.47 billion.
