Untrue...another version of this which Scottrade told me was that they have a temporary Cusip # and that symbol comes up as closest to the Cusip # they have but is not the actual symbol. The broker retracted it when he first said it & I asked him to explain. He said that's how their software works...whatever's closest to the Cusip # comes up but that that symbol was incorrect.


So that's another Scottrade version, whether or not it's true I dunno....anyway that was all before the SEC jumped in & said that's quite enough.
