RED why are you here defending the company when the company refuses to defend themselves?

Think about it before you answer that. Really, really think about it.

Does the company really need you to defend them? Or could they do it themselves? And why haven't they?

If this is so obvious then where is the company response?

All calls are referred to legal. Why? The SEC has spoken. Next stop is the grey market.

All they need to get off the greys is a market maker to sign off on a fresh 211. If everything is true then that will be no problem right? So, where is the company response and the accurate info release?

How hard is it to release the truth if it is, in fact, the truth?
