erdos do you really think the SEC will suspend a stock because somebody complains about it?

The SEC suspended less than 20 stocks last year for "questions about the accuracy or statements made by the company".

Look it up.

They do not suspend stocks because Joe Blow says a company is bad. They may investigate based on complaints from the public but they only suspend when there is no other option and their requests have not been met.

If you truly think that anybody can call the SEC and get a stock suspended then you are sorely mistaken.

If you look over the last year and see the ones that get suspended for "accuracy" within their PR's you will see some of the most prolific violators of regulations and the outcome of those stocks is not pretty.
