I emailed Jack once to confirm what Ken had emailed warant simply because many here, especially birdman were accusing warant of faking the email. Of course he hadn't and Jack confirmed what warant had posted.

I emailed Jack the other day asking if they had the permit and had they started trenching and/or drilling. I got no firm answer, just that they would let everyone know sometime.

Subsequent emails to others from Jack showed they hadn't started drilling yet.
