ITMN had the option to convert their US interest into a pure royalty. I didn't look at the reworked contract but would imagine that would be their best avenue for further cost cuts. If I were to guess I would say they will wait to hear back from the FDA and decide to do that along with start another Phase 3.

I still haven't written 191 off... but now have no money on it either .
