The $1 million limit is the limit for all companies eligible for direct to market share sales. Must companies that use it that are not non-reporting on the pink sheets experience a severe drop in price during the direct sale funding.

It has to be done through a transit agent working with an MM. Imagine. Oh, the humanity.
