i agree whole heartedly about the financing - if the drugs were effective they could have:

forward sold one of those orphan tickets;
used the money the DO have to get rabicide in a veterinary application;
leveraged one of the licences;
pushed the warrant holders to convert;

in short, they could have done alot of things, but what they did was a stupid deal and seymour gave himself a 10% raise to do it -

has anyone reviewed the license agreements back to theracour by the way?
