I have not focused on NNVC financing with Seaside but what you and couple of other posters have been pointing out may actually have some merit to debate.
As you indicated I wonder why not throw 2-3 million common shares at $2 plus PP and get your 5 million? rather than this toxic long term drain that allows Seaside to keep on selling for next 5-months.
It can also be concluded for next five months there may be NO News coming forth?
