why should you pay 5% more when you can have your shares at the BID price, wait and see.

Why??? Because it's called tripping over dollars to save fraction's of a penny. Not very productive, or a very good way to keep the stock price going UP!!!

"Sort of" is such a harmless thing to say. "Sort of". It's just a filler. "Sort of" - It doesn't really mean anything. But after certain things, "sort of" means everything. Like after "I love you" or "You're going to live" or "It's a boy".
