Anything can happen, but I don't see your scenario happening any time in the next 6-12 months.

This thing is a dirty shell at best. I'm not even so certain it's actually a shell at all. I don't know what the heck it is. And any news stating that it's something different now would just fall on the pile of everything else they've said they were over the past 2 or 3 years.

It needs yet another new ticker symbol, a massive reduction in the A/S and transparency of the actual, real-time share structure--and if that's bloated-- a reverse split, too.

And then after all of that, it might find it's way to a higher, sustainable price that makes new investors happy.
