somehow acquainted with Matt Fronk because he is the one who "RIT names GM’s Matt Fronk to direct Center for Sustainable Mobility".

and Matt...

Fronk’s long tenure with GM included a wide variety of engineering and leadership positions. Most recently he served as director of GM’s fuel cell research lab in Honeoye Falls.
