This is really very old news that the Texas Action brought forth many months ago as I recall which Steve S is now pursuing with vigor. The Texas Actiob was brought to a halt with the change of venue to DC. Steve S. is renewing the discovery and deposition post haste. It has to be getting JPMC's attention big time. This mole thing has to be a potential timebomb for JD and many JPMC employees who were all committing crimes and knew what they were doing. Heck Project West discovery that is loaded with page after page of incriminating conversations directed at bringing WAMU down allowing JPMC to do their dirty deeds.
