I have considered that a likely scenerio, but, based on my argument--that mgmnt is hindering the progress of Ampakines--I still strongly feel that terminating this mgmnt team will benefit shareholders, and possibly immediately. Even more so if they didn't 'sell out' the RD indication.

We will have to raise funds to complete ADHD anyway, so three months difference in raising funds will likely be negligable, as the pps will likely trade flat. The best opportunity to raise funds would theoretically be after positive SA results, which will come long before the distant ADHD study commences. If positive, the SA results could also trigger warrant exercises (my guess would be in excess of the $1.5mill, but only if reaction is good--a wildcard in itself).

Now, let's assume the SA results are poor or the good results have a negative to mute response in the market, respectively. Well, that just lends credence and further support to my original suggestion: Replace management or sell the company already!

P.s. I agree with your last remark, which is why the pain for shareholders will likely continue.
