Watch the 50 day SMA at 420 as probable resistance for the SOX. The SOX is tremendously important as a leader in any advance or decline in the market. The market is oversold and due for a bounce but the volume on the SMH and NASDAQ last week was telling in my humble opinion. I think we will hit a lot of those downside targets after testing some resistance levels.
