Why are you short TAYD? Just because ir went up sharply since the tsunami? They are not extremely overvalued and there is an outside possibility that new post earthquake demand for their isolators will increase. It just went to the current norm (twice book and sales) in the market after years of being an orphan value stock. They have only 3 MM shares outstanding, and the last run must have taken a lot of shorting, so you maybe with a lot of company on the short side.
