Smitty, what'd I miss today about "no dilution"? Was it that the T/A said there was no new dilution since the last time someone checked, or for today? I saw during the last day of the most recent run your post about a note being converted, but also a Form D recently filed for a millions dollars. Are those both not technically dilution as they raise the float and outstanding shares?
