super, I spent 35 years working for a large corporation and I assure you that the CEO of the company was more concerned about creating actual value for the shareholder by growing the company than the CEO was in worrying about the sp. The SP will take care of itself over time.

The option here seems to be pretty simple. You believe that the company has the assets in the ground and is moving forward or you don't. If you don't sell your shares and move on. Complaining about what Scott is doing is pointless.

Have you called Merle? I have talked to Merle, exchanged email with Merle, and I am satisified that the company has the assets in the ground. Those assets aren't going anywhere but up in value and those assets cannot be removed from control of the company.

Patience isn't a very good trait in Pinkyland and I am confident that when the time comes Scott will uplist and the true value of the company will be revealed.
