After re-reading the PR and hearing others accounts of talks with Dean, I agree. I guess I was a bit hasty in my reaction. Perhaps saying "And/or in lieu of" would have been appropriate, but I'll stop nitpicking!

Looking forward to learning how Quasar and MS plan on sharing their work with the world. I would think giving back thousands of acres to a country for possible farming would make for a nice 60 Minutes piece!
