Btw, Looking at the recent SEC filings, it looks like only Varney, Messinger, and Johnson got the $30 K bonuses. As far as I can tell, Stoll and the others didn't receive a bonus, though they all did get their full salaries restored, reversing the 2009 20% salary reduction.

I also noticed that they restated Cortex's entire Certificate of Incorporation for some reason.

Samyang hasn't yet converted their $1.5 mil note into common shares + warrants. They have between 4-15-10 and 1-15-11 to convert, or instead they can elect to take cash + interest (the maturity date of the note is 1-15-11).
